Garrick Rollinson

Senior Physiotherapist

Garrick is a New Zealand-trained physiotherapist, graduating with distinction from Auckland University of Technology.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, he has lived and worked internationally before settling in Queensland. A former high-level rugby union player, Garrick brings firsthand experience to his work in professional and amateur sport.

Whilst in Auckland, Garrick worked with some of New Zealand's leading professional sports physiotherapists. This exposed him to high level rugby union, where he has been the on field physio for a variety of representative age group teams. Whilst in QLD, Garrick has been and is currently working with the Moreton Bay Lions Woman's QAFL team.

 

He has extensive experience in acute injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation (ACL, shoulder reconstructions, joint replacements), and functional training for all ages. Garrick combines manual therapy, dry needling, and evidence-based exercise programs to reduce pain, restore function, and help clients achieve their goals.

Jonie Darrington

 

Exercise Physiologist

Jonie is a University of Queensland-qualified Exercise Physiologist with over 13 years of experience.
A mother of three, she combines her passion for fitness, nutrition, and women’s health with a practical, client-focused approach.

 

She has extensive experience in clinical exercise, managing metabolic and lifestyle disorders, musculoskeletal or surgical rehabilitation, cardiac and neurological rehab, and working with NDIS participants in the gym, hydrotherapy pool, or remotely.

Jonie tailors programs to suit every client—from those needing motivation and guidance to exercise enthusiasts seeking performance or rehabilitation progression.

Michael Coetzer

Senior Physiotherapist

Michael Coetzer is a New Zealand-trained physiotherapist, originally from South Africa, who studied at Auckland University of Technology and relocated to Brisbane in 2023.

​

He specializes in musculoskeletal care, including acute sporting injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacements, shoulder reconstructions, ACL reconstructions), and accelerated return-to-work programs. Michael has four years’ experience managing premier club rugby union teams and brings this high-performance insight to all his patients.

​

He believes strength is key to a pain-free, fulfilling life and uses tailored rehab programs, combining manual therapy, joint mobilizations, massage, and dry needling. Michael has additional training in Injury Prevention, Performance Enhancement (SEPNZ), dry needling, and manual therapy.
